Sport for Development
Sport as a vehicle for social change
We use sport as a powerful, proven vehicle for social transformation. Through structured sport programmes, we create safe spaces where women and girls develop confidence, leadership skills, and community belonging โ while challenging the social norms that hold them back.

Disability Inclusion
Equal access, equal opportunity
WSDT is committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities are fully included in all sport programmes and leadership opportunities. We work to remove physical, social, and attitudinal barriers so that every woman and girl โ regardless of ability โ can participate, lead, and thrive.

Mentorship & Training
Building capacity from the ground up
We invest in people. Through structured mentorship, workshops, and skills training tailored specifically to women and girls, WSDT builds the individual capacity needed for lasting change. Our training programmes cover leadership, life skills, and sport administration.

Safeguarding
Safe environments for everyone
Safety is non-negotiable. WSDT promotes safeguarding across all its programmes and partnerships, creating environments where women, girls, and persons with disabilities can participate free from harm, abuse, or discrimination.

Advocacy & Networks
